PACKAGE OVERVIEW

Contingent upon the Saudi government’s reinstatement of international pilgrims into this year’s Hajj pilgrimage, Al-Haram Travel intends to register a limited number of passengers.

Until a formal announcement is made by the Saudi government and some of the pricing related to the Hajj camp fees are subsequently finalized, Al-Haram Travel will take conditionally refundable deposits.

Hajj Pilgrimage Package (July 2 – July 17)

All dates below are subject to a +1/-1-day schedule change based on Islamic Calendar declaration from Saudi Arabian government and airline schedules. Also, if the selected air carrier requires an overnight transit either on the departure or return due to flight schedules and availability, the extra day(s) would be added onto the trip.

  1. Round-trip airfare from USA to Saudi Arabia included.
  2. Accommodation in Makkah 5-star hotel (July 3 – July 13) for 10 nights located within 1km walking distance to Masjid al Haram. Breakfast and Dinner buffet included.
  3. Accommodation in Medina 5-star hotel (July 13 – July 16/17) for 3-4 nights located within 400m walking distance to Masjid al Nabawi. Breakfast and Dinner buffet included.
  4. Accommodation in Mina & Arafat in North American tents with and sofa beds (8 ZH – 12 ZH / July 7 – July 11) included. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner in boxed meals included.
  5. Transportation from Jeddah Airport -> Makkah Hotel -> Madinah Hotel -> Madinah Airport as well as within the sites of Hajj during the Pilgrimage included.

Hajj package does not include:

  • United Agents Fees (expected to be approximately $500 per person).
  • Zabiha / Sacrifice (expected to be approximately $200 per person).
  • Taxi on 10th Zil-Hajj from Mina to Makkah Hotel one-way (expected $25 per person).
  • COVID-19 PCR tests as required by the governing authorities and/or Air carriers.

Biography

Mufti Abrar began his Arabic and Islamic Studies at Benedictine University (Lisle, IL) while enrolled in a degree program in Information Systems. Simultaneously, he began formal studies at Darul Qasim, an accelerated adult learning institute in Glen Ellyn, IL. He later enrolled in a summer Arabic program at the Ma’had Ta’lim al-Islam in Elgin, IL, upon which he decided to continue his studies in the religious sciences and helped form the first batch of graduate students from the ‘Alim program. He thus had the good fortune to study under recognized scholars, including the renowned commentator of the Quran and former Shaykh al-Hadith of the Dar al-‘Ulum in Deoband, Mawlana Muhammad Na’im (may Allah have mercy on him), under whom he completed the study of Sahih al-Bukhari.

Mufti Abrar graduated from Benedictine University in 2006 with honors and a degree in Information Systems while simultaneously pursuing his Islamic studies full-time. He completed his ‘Alim course in 2007 and, thereafter, enrolled at Madrasah In’aamiyyah (Camperdown, South Africa) to specialize in the field of issuing legal verdicts (fatwas). In 2009, Mufti Abrar completed his training under the tutelage of Mufti Ebrahim Desai (may Allah lengthen his life), a world renowned jurist and expert in Islamic finance. He is also fortunate to have received authorization to narrate from forty-four books of hadith.

Mufti Abrar is the founder of the American Fiqh Academy and is active in the field of research and issuing legal verdicts (fatwas). In addition, he is the Head Mufti at Darul Iftaa Chicago, where he trains ‘ulama in the field of issuing legal verdicts.
