  4. Price – We avoid unnecessary luxuries to balance affordability without sacrificing quality and this comes from the experience of helping 800+ pilgrims in the past 5 years in performing their Hajj and Umrah.

HOTELS

Shisha (Residential Building)

Makkah

Before and during the days of Hajj, the group will be accommodated in a residential building with private catering (3 meals a day).  The location will be walking distance (within 30 minutes) from the Jamarat – this is the area where one will perform the rite of pelting the saytan for 3 days during the Hajj.

Since it will be difficult to travel to Makkah during the 5 days of Hajj, having access to a comfortable resting facility will be extremely helpful for one’s health and recovery.

When essential, the group will travel by bus to perform Umrah and the Tawaf of Hajj (together).  Other times, when one wishes to travel to Makkah alone, the pinned location on the map is provided for Uber and Taxi.

Alharam Hotel

Madinah

Alharam Hotel is located a short (1-minute) walk from the courtyard of Masjid al Nabawi and is conveniently accessible from both the women’s and men’s entrances. This hotel sees high demand for its good quality, award-winning service, and unbeatable location.

SCHOLAR

Mufti Zeshan Ahmed

Imam, Masjid Uthman & Instructor, DarusSalam Masjid

Mufti Zeshan was born and raised in Springfield, Ohio. After moving to Chicago in his early teens, he completed the memorization of the Qurʾan at the Institute of Islamic Education (Elgin, IL). His desire for higher Islamic education then led him to join the six-year ʿĀlimiyyah program in the same institute. He studied and received ijāzah (certification) to teach numerous Islamic and Arabic sciences: Arabic grammar, morphology, rhetoric, ʿaqīdah (Islamic theology), tafsīr (Quranic exegesis), Hadith, and fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence).

Upon graduation from the ʿĀlimiyyah program, he furthered his studies and specialized in the field of issuing fatwas (legal verdicts). He enrolled in Darul Iftaa Chicago and completed his training under the tutelage of Mufti Abrar Mirza (may Allah lengthen his life), a renowned jurist and founder of the American Fiqh Academy.

Mufti Zeshan currently works for Masjid Uthman (Lombard, IL) as a part-time Imam and for Masjid DarusSalam (Lombard, IL) as an Instructor for its Tafhim Islamic Studies. He is furthering his college education at the College of DuPage (COD) and active in the field of research and issuing legal verdicts. Mufti Zeshan resides with his wife and daughter in the Chicagoland area.
